CompARE is a set of software tools for the design of trials with composite endpoint. CompARE includes Shiny Apps and an R package.
The Shiny apps are split into two apps for time-to-event and binary endpoints, respectively. With its user-friendly interface, these Shiny apps allow to input the main parameters included in the trial -such as the treatment effect on the components of the composite endpoint, and its frequencies of occurrence- and helps provide power and sample size calculations among others.
The R package version includes the same features as the Shiny apps, plus others related to data simulation or multi-arm studies. You can also find the R-package version of CompARE in CRAN CompAREdesign.
